Recently, we managed to get a workshop space in the village the company is based in. Kitting it out with hand-me-downs and cheap furniture has been a lot of fun and, while there’s no heating, there’s plenty of space for musical instruments as well as the usual soldering irons, components and testing equipment we need. Welcome to Tone Magnet HQ!
We’re proud to have made the jump from bedroom tinkering to a (semi) organised workspace, and it’s allowing us to experiment with pedals, pickups and computers in order to build new and better products for guitarists. It’s great breaking things down into first principles and taking things apart to see how they work. We’re learning new things every day and it’s all going into our vision of unlocking the creativity of everyone who expresses themselves on electric guitar.
Aside from finding a manufacturer for the Tone Magnet Sustainer (more on that soon), we’ve been working on the Tone Magnet Plus, which we’re aiming to launch on Indiegogo with Arrow certification. Things are moving on at Tone Magnet HQ, and we’re excited to be sharing the next steps with you soon.
